Dubai Model Centre
Dubai Model Centre seeks to raise the quality of public services in Dubai to reach unprecedented levels of leadership and excellence. The centre aims to encourage government entities to improve the quality of their services by utilizing the methodologies and tools in the Dubai Model for Government Services. Furthermore, it encourages cooperation and exchange of knowledge between government entities. The centre also works on documenting and disseminating best practices in public services on the local and global levels; it develops smart strategic tools and systems to search, document and improve public services in Dubai. DMC also runs and manages the Hamdan bin Mohammed Program for Government Services (HBMPGS).
Hamdan bin Mohammed Program for Government Services
On 19th June 2013, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, launched the Hamdan bin Mohammed Program for Government Services, which lays down the foundation for a smart government. The program aims to provide the necessary support to government entities in the emirate for implementing and upgrading the government work system in different entities in Government of Dubai. It also encourages, supports and organizes the government efforts in this field, to ensure transforming the vision of the higher leadership to a tangible reality in an organized and studied way.
The Hamdan Hub aims to promote the implementation of the fifth phase of the Service Improvement Methodology of Dubai Model by highlighting the key challenges of government services and success stories achieved by Innovation Teams and sharing them with the Leadership in a transparent manner.
